A NEW WAY TO UNDERSTAND PAIN AND SUFFERING

Your body is not broken or “ruined” by failed surgery, poor ergonomics, repetitive stress from profession or sport or any other label you have been given. Your body is a Living, Adaptable, Force Transducer. It is working as best it can with the sensory information it has —much of which is “smudged” — somewhat unclear and inaccurate. Building on daily, unconscious misinformation causes your Living, Adaptable, Force Transducer to adapt in a way that causes pain and/or symptoms. Examples of misinformation include:

  • Using injury protection movement patterns even after an injury has healed — called movement compensations.

  • Accessing old cognitive information about how your body heals because current pain/symptom research (new and fascination information) hasn’t really “hit the street” yet

  • Thinking thoughts are different from your physical body — you may not have ever been told that your neurochemistry organizes each emotional thought into a unique molecular pattern influencing your function.
